End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") grants you the following rights:

  • Install and use Zarvethion on your personal devices
  • Create backup copies for personal use
  • Use the game for personal entertainment purposes

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the game
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices
  • Rent, lease, or lend the game to others
  • Use the game in any commercial environment

3. Ownership

Zarvethion is licensed, not sold. ZarvethionTeam retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the game, including all intellectual property rights.

4. System Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements:

  • Windows 10 64-bit or later
  • 4 GB RAM minimum
  • DirectX 11 compatible graphics card
  • 2 GB available storage space

5. Updates and Patches

ZarvethionTeam may provide updates, patches, or additional content. These updates are subject to this EULA unless accompanied by separate license terms.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the game.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ZarvethionTeam is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
